The Wayward gig was wonderful! I was surprised at how many people turned out, considering how close it was to Christmas. We had a wonderful time. Vix killed with "Santa Baby". It was awesome. Thanks everyone for coming!

Christmas has been successfully celebrated in the following ways:
  • Having the lovely and talented Seanan visit us for the entire Christmas week. Both relaxed visiting, as well as prep/rehearsal for her upcoming ConFlikt appearance, and prep for our upcoming Mystic Fig recording sessions, are included in this visit.

  • Eating Turducken at a friend's Christmas party that was originally going to be just a few orphans, but blossomed into over 20 people.

  • Playing Rock Band with friends and loved ones.

  • Seeing Sweeney Todd twice with different groups of friends. Once, on Christmas Day itself. What a perfect Christmas movie!

  • Making Doctor Who Themed Gingerbread Cookies, including a gingerbread "house" with Susan, and decorating them with friends and loved ones.

  • Devouring said gingerbread while watching the Doctor Who Christmas Special hot off the intertubes. Highlight moment: The group biting into gingerbread angels at the exact moment that the first host appears on the screen.

  • Watching a perfect layer of snow fall on Christmas day.

In all, it's been a great holiday so far.

The complete list of upcoming Vixy and Tony appearances is:

ConFlikt, Weekend of Jan 25th, 2008, Seattle, WA.
Consonance, Weekend of March 7th, 2008, Milpitas, CA.
Norwescon, Weekend of March 21st, 2008, Seattle, WA.
FilKONtario, Weekend of April 4th, 2008, Toronto. We are the Guests of Honor!
