Great Gathering

Yesterday's show was just amazing! The place was packed, and Sooj and Betsy and Vixy sounded fantastic together. Sooj opened with a new song ("We're All Mad Here", I think is what she intends for its title to be), which dovetailed perfectly with me and Vixy closing with "Girl That's Never Been". We also did a cover of Chris Conway's Lifespell with Sooj and Betsy that came out just fantastic.

And we gave away a lot of CDs and DVDs! Thanks to all of you for bringing new friends, and thanks, everyone, for coming along! We hope you had as great a time as we did. For those new folk hearing the CD for the first time, let us know what you think! And how are you guys liking the DVD?

We'll be making the same CD/DVD offer for our next show, the House Cerulia gathering on August 23rd. Speaking of House Cerulia, please come to Sooj's house concert there this coming Friday the 15th. Vixy and I will be there to watch and listen, and although it's not a Vixy & Tony show, I don't see how Vixy is going to get away without doing some harmony on at least a few of Sooj's songs...

We're in discussions with A Gathering Grove to do more shows there, starting in October, I believe. Can't wait!

THe only disappointing thing about the DVD giveaway is that those of us who are on the east coast can't get a copy of it. :(

I know of at least one couple who did introduce your music (sold your CD) @ Worldcon over the past week. (I'll try to get a sold count to you or vixy via email over the next couple of days.)
