Speaking of which...

Thank you, everyone, for making our show last night at Wayward something special. We had a fantastic time! (Pictures here and here.) Didn't Betsy sound great? We're totally keeping her. Or at least, we've been assured that Sooj will let us borrow her once in a while.

Speaking of which, Sooj is feeling a lot better (although still needs help paying for the medical care that fixed her), and she and K are coming to visit, and we can't wait to see them. She will be doing her first performance since the hospital stay, playing with Tricky Pixie at Faerieballs in Oregon this coming weekend. Hopefully she'll also be able to make the dead dog on Sunday night at Conflikt.

Speaking of which, if you're not going to Faerieballs (heck, even if you are), you'd better come to Conflikt this coming weekend. It's going to be great! Vixy & Tony, along with the members of Puzzlebox and Amy McNally, will be the backup band for our guest of honor, Seanan McGuire. She will also be releasing her brand new album Red Roses and Dead Things at the convention. Amy and I will also be handling the instrumental duties for Marian Call, who's doing a concert on Saturday night at the convention.

I wish I could have made it for the Wayward Cafe show. But my honey and I were doing Ursalmas and we were pooped. Can't wait for the Feb 28th show at Soul Food, though. :) Will only be at Conflikt briefly to deliver some wristwarmers.
