Marian Call Shows
While Vixy is off on the Train Adventure with Sooj and Cat this week, I'm passing the time by playing guitar for the lovely and talented Marian Call in a few shows coming up.The first show is tonight, starting at 8pm, at the Columbia City Theater Lounge. It's a triple bill show, with
Marian's next show is in one week, on March 26th at 9pm, at Cafe Racer on Roosevelt (next to Trading Musician), opening for God's Favorite Beefcake. (Edit: If you're looking at the Cafe Racer calendar and seeing a different name, keep in mind that "Schmootzie the Clod" and "God's Favorite Beefcake" are approximately the same.)
Then, two days later, on Saturday the 28th of March at 7pm, Vixy and Tony will open for Marian Call at our favorite stomping ground, the Wayward Coffeehouse. This will be particularly special, since we'll not only have Betsy on cello, but we'll also have the wonderful and talented Sunnie on violin, reprising her role on our album as well as playing for Marian.
