Orycon was great! We had a fantastic time, and our 90-minute concert went quite well. We even had Angelica and Athrylis come up and sing Lost Things for us, and it went very well (considering I hadn't played the song since recording it with Blake). Tomorrow night (Friday after Thanksgiving) from 8-10pm, Vixy and I will be performing a 2-hour set at the Wayward Coffee House in North Seattle. Expect a mixture of songs from the both of us, including but not limited to the following: filk, folk, rock, funny, serious, original and covers. There is no cover charge, just show up and enjoy. I believe that this will be the longest set we've ever done, and I'm very excited about it. Well, I'm excited about playing the songs... I'm a bit worried about standing up and performing for two hours; I just got back from my first day of snowboarding for the season and I'm expecting to be a bit sore and tired by that time tomorrow night. Come see if I make it through the set without collapsing!
