Best. Thing. Evar.

The facts, as I understand them:

I love this world sometimes.

Fabulous!

ROFL.

I was a bit bummed-out that we missed JoCo in London by two days. That would have been a blast.

(Ah well, it's not like he never comes to Seattle...)

He's in Seattle tonight, doing a Hodgman book tour thing. Check his web site. And of course, he's at the Moore in January.

Just as long as he doesn't shoot the sheriff.

Are you really not going to be at the Coulton/Hodgman thing tonight?

I understand the importance of massages though...

As desperately as I want to, alas, no. We schedule our massage appointments far in advance, and I'd hate to break the date.

I feel as though I can afford to miss this one. I've met Hodgman a couple of times, met Coulton more than a couple of times, and seen the Coulton/Hodgman book tour thing before (during the "Areas of my Expertise" book tour). These engagements are very entertaining and truly worth attending, and they're always a ton of laughs, but I've been exceedingly busy recently and I'm really looking forward to the downtime tonight instead.

Honestly, if *you're* going to be there tonight, right now I'd be sadder to miss the opportunity to meet you in person than to miss seeing Coulton and Hodgman again. Hopefully I'll get that chance at another time in the near future.

PS: I saw a twitter feed about someone having a uke waiting in Coulton's hotel room here in Seattle? Awesome. :-)
