Vixy & Tony Concerts and Sales for Sooj
By now, you've heard the announcement that our dearest friend and loved one, SJ Tucker, fell very ill recently, requiring an ambulance trip, an emergency room visit, and an extended hospital stay. She's doing fine now, she's at home recovering and getting ready to go back out on tour, but needs some quick cash to pay for the sudden (and uninsured) medical stuff.
I can't begin to adequately express how important Sooj has become in my life. Vixy and I discovered that she existed less than a year ago, and now we can't imagine what life would be like without her music and her energy. I'm certain that those of you who know her feel the same way... she has that effect on people. There is a warmth and an openness that emanates from her when she's playing onstage, and everyone picks up on it: our friend Rachel once said, "it's so strong that it warps space-time around her". I'm here to testify that she's like that up close, too, she's one of the most wonderful and amazing people in the world, and she deserves our love and our support.
That's why I'm so proud to see the outpouring of support that she's been receiving from her fans and friends in this tough time. Thank you, everyone, for being so awesome.
For everyone who doesn't already have these details: If you want to help Sooj, you can purchase music from her, donate directly, or help others donate by purchasing their one-of-a-kind items being offered at the Save Our Sooj community.
You can also help by attending any of the upcoming gigs by Vixy & Tony. All of our proceeds (music sales, tips we receive at gigs, as well as sales from Vixy's Etsy Shop) will be going directly to Sooj, starting right now and going until she no longer needs it. Here's a list of some of our upcoming appearances:
There are other shows in the works, we'll keep you posted with their details as they become more concrete.

By the way, I think you should play at Faerieworlds. I've already mentioned that on the Faerieworlds Tribe, and someone else (who saw you at OryCon for the first time) seconded it. It would be awesome if that happened!
