Things to do in the Pacific Northwest
Do you live in the vicinity of either Portland or Seattle? Then you couldn't do much better than:
1. Soulfood Books, Redmond WA, 7pm tonight.
SJ Tucker and Betsy Tinney (aka Skinny White Chick) with Vixy on backing vocals, and with Catherynne M. Valente, will perform songs and do readings.
2. House Concert, Portland OR, 7pm Saturday.
Marian Call will be performing at a house concert that is open to the public. She's fantastic, and she absolutely blew the doors off the Wayward last weekend. If you're in Portland, don't miss this. Email for the address.
3. Danceworks Studio, Redmond WA, 8pm Saturday.
If you're in Seattle rather than Portland, then don't miss our big Kitten Sundae Bash.
