Orycon Wrap Up
We're just finishing up Orycon this weekend, and we had a wonderful time! Despite the fact that Vixy and I were both a bit under the weather (I'm recovering from a cold I picked up this week), I think we managed to help put on a pretty good set of concerts on Saturday night. We did our own set, backed up Seanan in her concert, and had cameo roles in a few other performances. My favorite part of the weekend was getting to spring a well-timed parody on Seanan. In her concert that evening, we'd performed Seanan's original song "Wicked Girls Saving Ourselves", and then in the circle that night, we got to surprise Seanan by performing Bob Kanefsky's parody of that song, "Save Yourselves!". Seanan turned the appropriate shade of purple, and as expected, vowed to exact revenge involving the usual combinations of biological weapons and arboreal tools. Mission accomplished.
We're taking some time off from performing during this Christmas season, and we'll schedule some gigs in the new year. In the meantime, check out our friends Ginger Doss and Bekah Kelso who are touring here in the Pacfic Northwest this month. Rumor has it that they're also going to be doing shows with Sooj while they're here in town. Don't miss this rare opportunity to see these wonderful performers and songwriters while they're here!

Windy was fun too, but I'm gonna have to have a little chat with the feedback fairies.
I do love me some Ginger and Bekah. Y'all take good care of 'em while they're out there!!

Ahhhhh! Lyrics please! Kanef doesn't seem to have posted them yet. I'm not sure how often he updates his site.
